A trip, which provides you a better knowing of Montenegro, a country with turbulent history, unforgettable natural beauties and contrasts. Leaving Podgorica, on the way to the Kotor, guests will enjoy a colourful sea-side scenery of the south part of Montenegro coast. We will visit the old town of Kotor, which is under UNESCO protection. Town known for its rich maritime tradition.
After a short break, excursion continues along the Lovcen serpentines, to the heart of Montenegro, with the panoramic view of Boka Kotorska bay, from the height of over 1000 m above sea level. A short break follows at Bukovica, tiny village with the oldest Montenegrin restaurant. There, who wish can taste a famous and characteristically smoked ham "pršut", homemade "Njeguski" cheese, and a refreshment with a glass of homemade drink (honey wine). After that we proceed to the old royal capital, Cetinje. There is a visit to the home/museum of the king Nikola, Cetinje monastery with two precious relic “hand of St. John Baptist” and “fragment of the holy cross”.
